When do the boats leave?
Departures are continuous, about every 15 minutes.
During this period the service runs continuously from 9:00 to 19:00.
I have a dog. Can it get on the boat?
Dogs are welcome on board. They must be dry at the time of boarding.
A ticket is required to transport multiple dogs or large / medium-large dogs.

Where is the departure point?
Our boarding point is in Piazza Motta, in the center of Orta San Giulio.
The piers are easy to spot: from no. 1 to no. 5.
If it rains, is navigation suspended?
All our boats are covered, so in case of rain they run as usual.
To ensure the safety of both passengers and staff, services may be delayed or suspended in case of heavy downpours and strong winds.
